Silent Management is a Zurich-based booking agency dedicated to supporting artists worldwide—especially within the psychedelic electronic music scene. We offer personalized management, structured planning, and a strong network to help artists focus on their creativity.
Our passion lies in pushing new talent, facilitating overseas tours to Europe, and building meaningful partnerships between artists and promoters. More than a booking agency, we’re a community shaping the future of music—vibrant, inclusive, and artist-focused.
HISTORY
For over 15 years, Silent Management has grown from a deep personal connection to electronic music into a platform dedicated to supporting artists, events, and the global underground scene.
What started as a passion for sound and community evolved into organizing events, curating lineups, and building bridges across borders. With 12 years of hands-on experience in event production and two years as head booker at Elysia, the foundation was laid for something more intentional—something lasting.
Silent Management was born out of this journey. It’s backed by a strong international network and fueled by years of collaboration with artists and promoters throughout Switzerland and beyond.
At its core is NO TIME FOR SILENCE, a party label active for over 11 years, focusing on niche styles like Hitech, Darkpsy, Forest, and Psycore. Alongside it stands NTFS Records, a label championing cutting-edge sound and rising talent within the psychedelic electronic movement.
As the scene continues to grow, Silent Management is here to support and shape its evolution - providing personalized artist support, tour planning, and connection with like-minded promoters.
